We do not intend to deal with dossiers but to take care of customers that we personally know. Our goal is not to sell products but to offer solutions tailored to the customer needs.
The main motivation that led the founder of Rubicon has been to open the possibility of offering its customers a personalized quality service regardless of their size and volume. Too often family businesses fail to get a quality service at a proper price.
Our team is composed of specialists in Spanish and Luxembourgish Accounting and tax law.
As a medium size company company, we want to keep a human dimension.
We want to provide our customers the expertise and experience of our partners and employees who all have over 20 years of experience working in Bank, Fiduciaries and Auditory companies in Luxembourg.

Yannik Kantor
Jurist / Tax adviser
Founding Partner
Head of Legal and Business Development in Rubicon, Yannick is a tax lawyer with 21 years of experience in wealth management and advising on designing and implementing multi-jurisdictional investment structures.
After an experience In a leading French banking group in Luxembourg, Yannick joined in 2004 the trust division of a Luxembourg banking group as head of the Spanish and LATAM market. Yannick joins Rubicon Group in 2012.
Yannick holds a law degree from the University of Liège (Belgium) and is also a graduate of the University of Santiago (Cuba).
Yannick is a native French speaker and fluent in Spanish and English.

Ana De Oliveira

Head of Accounting and tax in Rubicon, Ana is a Chartered accountant with 25 years of experience in Audit and accounting sectors in Luxembourg.
After several experiences In a leading Audit and accounting companies in Luxembourg, Ana joins Rubicon Group in 2014.
Ana is a native French speaker and fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
